4. Payments and Billing
- Pricing and Methods: Fees are listed on our site. We use secure processors like Stripe. All payments in USD or NGN, subject to exchange rates.
- Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes.

- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term unless canceled. Cancel anytime via account dashboard; access continues until period ends.
- Failed Payments: No liability for transaction failures. Update payment info promptly.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:

- Not redistribute, resell, or share access (e.g., no login sharing).
Prohibited actions include:

- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works.

If Ediccrew offers community forums, follow rules: no spam, harassment, or IP infringement. We may remove content and suspend accounts.
6. Intellectual Property and Content License
Ediccrew owns all rights, title, and interest in Premium Services, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Your use grants no ownership.
User License Grant: We grant you a revocable license as described in Section 3.

7. Termination and Suspension
Ediccrew may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations, without refund. Effects include loss of Premium Services, account deletion, and data forfeiture.
You may cancel anytime via dashboard. Upon expiration, licenses end; download any allowed materials beforehand.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
Premium Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties, express or implied, including fitness for purpose or learning outcomes. Ediccrew does not guarantee skill acquisition or project success.
Liability Limit: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ediccrew’s total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the last 12 months. No consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
Force Majeure: No liability for delays due to events beyond control (e.g., outages, strikes, natural disasters).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ediccrew, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of Terms, or third-party claims due to your content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with exclusive jurisdiction in Lagos courts. Disputes first go to binding arbitration in Lagos under Nigerian Arbitration and Mediation Act. Prevailing party recovers fees.
11. Miscellaneous
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
